I completely agreed with OTW, this firm is completely unprofessional.
I dealt with Allison and Doreen (the manager) and both were rude.
On Thursday June 22, 2017, I called about my bill, a week prior I received a bill stating that I did not paid for one of my visit when vivid remembered that I did pay. Allison insinuated I was a liar and Doreen called me hypocrite. Who in their right mind would call customer names like that, regardless of the situation?!
At the end, they found my paid receipt attached to someone else's paper work. Instead of an apology I got called liar and hypocrite.
Sum it up, they need to find other line of work.

My advice for new customers is to go elsewhere for your medical treatment. And current customers, staffs must do better to keep you there.
