Called ahead to let me know when he would be at my residents and asked if that was alright with me. Austin introduced himself and got started troubleshooting my furnace. It wasn't long before the problem was found.
I was informed that the transformer was the problem and a new one was installed. The thermostat was also found to be bad and a new one was installed as well. The charges were explained on the invoice which was signed and a copy was emailed to.me. Austin was very professional and courteous while he performed his work on our equipment. I would not hesitate to have Justin work on a my furnace if required in the future.
