Pizza Hut at 807 Moye Boulevard, Greenville, North Carolina.

Have ordered from this place 3 times since it's grand opening. 2 out of these 3 times I have had horrible experiences. 1st, I order my pizza online about 1 hour before they had closed 2 hours later still waiting on my pizza. I then go to the location, which Is very inconsiderate being so I wanted delivery. One of the managers is in the back of the building smoking a cigarette. When I ask him what happen to my pizza. He replies, I'm so sorry ma'am we are closed. No one gave me a call saying they weren't able to make my pizza at all. So tonight I go and order online again. I call to make sure the store is open this time. Then, realize that I want to pay with card instead of cash. So I quickly call the store to catch the delivery driver before he leaves. I call 3 to 4 times no one answers. So once again here I am driving to this same pizza hut that I had requested delivery from. So I get the the pick up window(while I hear other phone calls are coming in, I notice no one answers the phone) pay for my food with my debit card and then wait about 5 to 8 more mins. They finally give me my pizza, and it's cold along with the other food I had purchase. At this point I am furious and will never go back to this location. The owner of this business should just hire a whole new night crew because they are horrible.
