United States Postal Service at 2728 South Memorial Drive, Greenville, North Carolina.

Originally, I gave this post office a five-star review. After last 3 months I've changed my mind and have decided to rescind my five star review and give them a one-star review. The customer service level has tanked since my last review. I asked for pickup at my house and it seems like every time I can never get them to pick it up at schedule. The worst experience is when I go into the post office. The customer service Representatives especially Michael seem to have an attitude about serving the customers. It doesn't help when I have a bad experience and make snide comments to me as I'm leaving. They act like entitled babies and that might sound very harsh but when you get employee benefits and Union benefits such as these postal workers do then the customer service experience goes downhill because they feel that they are entitled that they do not have to produce in order to receive benefits. It would be my opinion that these people should be fired based on their lack of customer service skills. Furthermore I will not visit this post office and I will report this post office to higher authorities if I continue to receive the poor customer service that experience each and every time for the past 3 months when I walked into his post office. If postmaster Greg still works there I would advise him address his employees regarding their attitudes and behaviors to other customers
